Upgrading to a flip phone, what are the best options?

I’m considering upgrading to a flip phone. I currently have a Nokia 3200. I was looking at getting a Motorola but from reviews I’ve read they are slow as and have trouble with reception.

I just want something pretty basic, I don’t really need a camera/mp3 player/video recorder. Just a phone that has good reception, easy to use and one that has an alarm clock and calendar function.

I don’t want to spend anymore then $300.

Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
